i see so many ppl in tech flailing, both here and in my personal life, and i wish i had better advice for them bc it just feels like that industry has finally reached the point every other industry i've been in has gone through

so it’s kind of like seeing ppl go “oh my god, what do we do?” and i’m just shrugging like that’s what i’ve been trying to figure out for almost twenty years
