One of my least favorite patterns is when an engineer passes information into an LLM, generates an answer, and then just posts that answer verbatim into a bug for other people.

I don't mind it when they do it as a way of keeping notes for themselves. That's fine and can be part of your process.

But when you do it to answer others?

That's a problem.
