Still off coding, but I keep an eye on the #Fediverse. I asked #Pixelfed twice where to find the documentation for their API endpoints so I could implement them in #Fedilab. I never got a reply.
Today, they published new app versions, but the commit only changes a README file. Honestly, it's frustrating. I like to add new features quickly so people can enjoy them, but here I just can't.
Well, see you soon.

I am chill, just a bit disappointed, as I said 😊 Pixelfed often talks about how important it is to collaborate, but it's hard to collaborate without docs, replies or code.

Maybe phocus on *Vernissage*. Of course it is rather unknown.

As a dev, I would rather not care about Pixelfed at all because it's hard to work with, but I know how important it is for many users.
@dansup
Hey,
Pixelfed is a successful project, and users are eager to see new features.
On that point, I was disappointed to see many app releases without the source code being published (the last one is from February), and no API docs to rely on.
It's your project and you can run it as you want, but it can be frustrating not to be able to offer the same new features as your app.
I just don't understand this choice, that's all 😊

Chill out. ;)
