A week ago I tooted my first Hello World on aus.social. Since then I’ve been welcomed like no other platform could. Everyone* has been really awesome and I’m thoroughly enjoying myself here. Special shout out to @Wolfie_Rankin who got me started and answered my early questions on navigating the Fediverse. Also, shout out to @aussocialadmin because one of my toots got a bit popular and that created a situation that apparently needed addressing. Sorry about that. A big thank you to everyone who listened to my music. Music is created by more people than just those we hear on the radio. It’s made in backyards and bedrooms by people all over the planet. And finally thank you to everyone who has boosted, commented, and retooted my silly jokes and bad puns. You have been awesome.
Thank you.

*statistically speaking, pretty much everyone.
