@evan Before you answer this poll, think of this scenario:
You have a steak, or day-old sourdough in front of you and you only have a butter knife
Depends on the situation.
Certainly those who answer "low" do not do a lot of knife fights - that's a situation where using a butter knife is probably sub-par !
@evan I'm left-handed. I hate it when only right-handed knives are available.
