wellp today should have been a recovery day but I decided I really needed to go grocery shopping and now I'm feeling the start of a flareup/crash. fuck me for wanting a tub of feta cheese i guess

On the plus side the Jewish Family Services person did find someone who might be able to help me and I should be hearing from them next week
Yep definitely in a crash. Man I miss being able to just do things without having to plan every aspect of how I’m going to get through it.
I also wish Safeway’s grocery delivery were more reliable (and it’d be nice if they used more suitable containers than a giant pile of plastic grocery bags, like this is something Amazon Fresh figured out *decades* ago)
