It looks like a Shelly 1, fitted into a ceiling lamp, has popped :(
(At least, it is no longer addressable over IP.)

@neil oh no, sorry to hear that! Are u comfortable undoing it so u can at least use the light?
I just installed some Shelly PM2 gen4 iirc for the blinds, hope they last 😅
