If you were able to create (or have created for you) at the scale of individual cells, molecules, atoms, (quarks?), what would you make and why?
A4: Eyes!
I want eyes that give me the ability to see everything I need to see without glasses, squinting, excessive lighting, etc. I want to see properly again, like a young person with good eyesight. Working at the scale of quarks it should be possible to remake all the optic nerve connections so the new eyes work properly.
In reality, though, I would be too scared to have it done!
