The app is Vanadium. I cleaned everything I could but the ghost file is still here.
Well… I’ll see in a week if it disappear.
@GustavinoBevilacqua impossible. The files don’t exist. I’ve created a file file with the same name and I can see them both! The real file (I can delete) and the ghost one… that doesn’t exist actually o_O

Ghost can not persist in days that are not october 31st.
@emmanuelc This is an app issue caused by the app leaving open a download session and not cleaning it up after an error. It's showing you a pending download. If the app doesn't deal with it then it times out after a week and goes away. You can get rid of it earlier clearing the app data. It's an upstream Android annoyance with buggy apps. You might be able to guess which app it is and solve it. You can figure out exactly what it is with ADB but there isn't a UI for dealing with it yet.
