Okay, prompting an local LLM to write out an LLM prompt is just....writing a requirements doc.
That, isn't a bad thing. "Agent Skills" are just good technical documentation.
There's definitely a Time Is A Flat Circle effect going on here, since we used to do this years ago, then stopped (because "agile") and now we're back to doing it.
@socketwench kind of already starting. Where I work, the AI Bros have already given a presentation about how autonomous agents can be if you give them a complete and rigorous design up front. And suggested that spending more time deciding on a final design before starting to code is a good thing.
Not waterfall per se, but it’s rhyming…
