I’m finally on the other side of another 4-month bout of MdDS (Mal de débarquement syndrome). Wrote a bit about how things felt this time around.

@davatron5000 Oy, migraines are so brutal. I think I do underestimate the heat since I’m so used to it.
My husband was really interested to hear that about DEN! He thinks altitude might play a part too. Lots of hypotheses over here 😅
@lynnandtonic I mean, it sounds to me like you need to live in Hawaii full time... medically.
@davatron5000 Ha! I did feel amazing while I was there
@lynnandtonic glad you’re feeling better lately! hope it persists!!
@lynnandtonic Thanks for sharing your health journey! My wife grew up in PHX and she’s real susceptible to exercise-induced migraines when it’s hot, which she thinks started after a heat stroke or something as a teen. Obvs, I don’t know about MdDS, but the heat is no joke.
Also, the takeoff and approach to DEN is always an absolute vomit comet. Not sure I’ve ever had a non-white knuckle experience connecting thru there.
