I wonder if people have any thoughts at the very deliberate infiltration and takeover of standards organizations like Haskell right now by the far right?
Tech bros are making a very deliberate effort to seize control of all technology and control standards and the source code itself.
This is an enclosure of the commons or something very like it
@GhostOnTheHalfShell There's been an effort to take over standard organizations since standards organizations existed... I remember battling the issues over "standards" trying to be used to lock people into a specific manufacturer's way of doing things way back when I was working standards orgs for my job.... (Looking at you, CIsco)
