Is there much difference in user experience between regular Linux Mint and Linux Mint Debian Edition? Assuming the majority of my PC use is a very simple "I install a flatpak and surf the web." The only thing that isn't under that category is I have Docker and Jellyfin.

@viq @amorphophalex Does Linux Mint Regular use flatpak rather than snap?
@mcc @viq @amorphophalex as far as I know, snaps are disabled in Linux mint: https://linuxmint-user-guide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/snap.html
@LeoRJorge @viq @amorphophalex OK, thanks. (Alex, that's a good thing, the biggest user-facing Ubuntu-Debian difference is Snaps vs Flatpak and it turns out both Linux Mint Regular and Linux Mint Debian make the right decision there.)
@mcc
You can use both on most of distributions

Flatpaks should be identical.
Docker should behave identically.
Jellyfin where, on other machine, or this one? On different: no difference; on same: available version of it and dependencies may differ,though I wouldn't expect it to matter to you.
I guess upgrade cadence would be main difference (new versions of Ubuntu and Debian come out at different times and are supported for different amount of time).
But, that's theory, without having direct experience to back it up.
