I guess I will be offline most of the time this week as I have a 4 day seminar on variable payment, commission and bonus systems under German (labor) law as part of my tasks as Works Council (WoC, Betriebsrat) member. That'll mean a lot of notes and exchanges with fellow WoC members from very different companies. Wish me luck!

@jwildeboer I'm liberal and all for the free market, but I'm also a big fan of social partnership. So good luck this week.
@jwildeboer Nichtsdestotrotz toll, dass du dich als Betriebsrat engagierst. 👏
@kremkau Ich mache des sehr gerne und aus Überzeugung :)
Arrived at the venue, right next to the old tower from the former airport.
