I'm trying a new #lifehack experiment: pick clean clothes out of my dryer to wear every day in an effort to avoid having to actually empty the dryer, fold the clothes, and put them away. This is day three and it's looking good.👍🏻

@lauren I did not realize that my dryer had related fumes. It's an electric dryer, if that helps. Also, I often leave clothes in the dryer for days at a time.
@mlanger I'm not saying people don't do it, just that it may be bad practice over time. Electric doesn't really matter, it's not gas fumes that are the issue, it's mechanical fumes (motors, oils, grease, belts, etc.) that are common to virtually all dryers.
@mlanger Note that this may subject your clothes over time to more contamination from various fumes (oil, etc.) associated with dryers, which are usually negligible for the amount of time clothes are usually in there but may be significant if left in there for prolonged periods.
