Have you tried out https://columnly.social yet?
I don't have any means to track how many people use it, we don't use Cloudflare or any analytics, no logging or other metrics.

I like Columnly a lot, but so far, I have not been able to get translations to work (in LibreWolf, Waterfox nor Zen), despite each browser being able to translate outside Columnly. Keep up the good work :-)

I'm kinda mindblown that other people use Columnly, I almost just kept it to myself because I didn't think anyone would like it.

Ooops, spoke too soon: still a few glitches in Columnly translation...
1) it doesn't use LMs already available in the browser but downloads a new LM from Mozilla
2) it claimed it had translated a French post, with the previously downloaded German LM
3) a translate link doesn't appear in further non-En/FR/D posts

@dansup @ManInTheGreenShirt it's now late night for me, & i've just come back to pooter after dinner & a movie... but i kept thinking about your project, & how it exemplifies the sheer beauty of #FOSS. you made it for you, were unsure if anyone else would be interested, released it just in case, & found that why yes in fact, others DO really like it & use it... & if similar to me, have been blown away with how good it is. but that's only the start, coz i kept bothering you, asking for this & that & the other, all coz the changes would make it better for my own UX, & expecting almost with each "request post" i wrote that any moment now your patience would finally run out with me & you'd tell me to go away... but you didn't, & you have been unceasingly helpful... & now your project has grown more & is even nicer... all from peeps working together around the world just for the pursuit of ideas & capability. i really think it's a beautiful paradigm! 💜
@dansup Recently started using it. Loving it so far, just the tool I was looking for. It will encourage me to use Loops too. Great work. Can you post stories with it to pixelfed?

@dansup I tried it, but as someone whose native language is Slovak and who doesn't have a strong command of English, using Culumnly is impractical, since with the current settings I can't translate posts from English into Slovak.
@dansup Really like it so far, and it actually makes me want to log more often :)
