by the way: it is incredibly easy to spot an LLM-authored bug report because they are all formatted and arranged identically, and completely differently from how I have ever seen a person write one
@jcoglan they’re all the same shape. you don’t even need to start reading. same with the slopsites and readmes.
if *I* am perceiving a spam increase, actually busy maintainers are being inundated. this is going to effectively denial-of-service our capacity to maintain open source software
