Got some fresh Fediverse spam today promoting jmty.io
I’m busy working, so I don’t have time to investigate it, but the two accounts that messaged me are @rika_xjx9en@mk.spook.social and @yuna_ozee76@mk.spook.social. I’ve seen Misskey spam spread on the Fediverse before and it usually spreads before it is stopped, so I thought it might be worth a mention.
In the past, I’ve copied some of the text in the spam messages and added it to my filters. That might be helpful for you. This is the text I received in the messages:
【激安タイムセール】iPhone・PS5・ブランド品が最大80%OFF。アウトレット市場がオープンしました。在庫限り、なくなり次第終了です → jmty.io/shop/
There are Matrix channels for moderators to coordinate and share this info, next time it would be better to use those channels instead of possibly baiting spammers into posting here as well.
