Is there an alternative to Zencastr with a free tier that doesn't have that horrendous mess of an UI?
(At least it's comforting to know that proprietary software is at least as badly designed these days as Free/Open Source. Progress!)

@baldur not as far as I can tell, annoyingly. surprised to get that much for the free tier really.
NEVER use Zencastr as your podcast host, I have multiple reports of utter incompetence. I use them for recording interviews and that's it.
