@evan @simple_sabotage It could be, but I'm imagining filling in those online tip forms with bullshit.
@SrRochardBunson @simple_sabotage right, but if they actually start an investigation, the Bad Guys aren't going to give up because there aren't any purple-hatted shoemakers plotting a riot or whatever. I don't think they have unsolved case files in the Gestapo. They will turn people into the purple-hatted shoemakers and murder or imprison them.
