And a new version of #Amiberry as well: https://github.com/BlitterStudio/amiberry/releases/tag/v8.5.0
@scops what do you mean? That's already done!
@midwan
Ok... But there are no binary releaeses and nothing on haikut depot?
@scops True, the work done was just to make sure it compiles, and I had it tested in a VM as well. Fair point, I can add binaries in the release pipeline. Not sure how it can be added in the depot though
@midwan
First it would be very nice to have a binary release (and/or a how to what is needed to compile) i myself havent submit to the depot in the past either. But if you like i can look into it to update the package from time to time (lite and full version would be nice to have since most haiku machines are not the fastest ones :))
@scops Haiku binary added to the 8.5.0 release, and the CI will build one every time there's a new release from now on.
@midwan
Just awesome! I will install my os 3.2 setup later today on my haiku setup
@midwan
It works fine but neither mouse click nor any keyboard input works for me... Hm i copied over my linux uae file and just changed the paths. Maybe it's something in the settings? I try a fresh config later :/
@scops any update on this? is it still not working? If so, please open an issue on the project page on Github, and I'll look into it properly.
@midwan i tried a new configuration and got the same result as with the transfered one from my linux box... same result. here is the issue with the new sample config: https://github.com/BlitterStudio/amiberry/issues/2609
@midwan
Have you ever thought about porting amiberry to haiku os? :)
