The suit is exactly the sort of aggressive legal action necessary to counter the Trump regime’s blatant, ever increasing effort to federalize the U.S. election, in violation of Constitutional guarantees of federalism and Constitutional allocation of election administration power to the states, and in contravention to the Voting Rights Act. 2/
By filing now, the stage is set for protecting the election in court before, during, and after Election Day. Very very very good lawyering to get affirmative election protection litigation going now. 3/3
