I'm loving these half loaf pullman pans! I love to bake bread, but as a single person eating a whole loaf before it starts going moldy is not always possible. And yet, baking a half loaf is a real pain in the ass and doesn't feel worth it.
This way I can bake two separate little loaves and slice up the second one and freeze it!
Also, bread cubes are weird and cool

@alisynthesis 100% agree that bread cubes are cool although, and pardon me for asking, but given that you slice the one you're gonna freeze, would it not be possible to slice and freeze half of a regular loaf?
@chris_e_simpson don't get all rational on me now! (it absolutely would, and I probably just used the concept to justify the purchase of these cool cube pans. That said, I'm also giving away the half loaf to other single friends about half the time, so it's 25% rational?)
