Ambivalent. Sooner is better, but it will be bad.
It could be mitigated, but the people currently calling the shots will make all the wrong choices (whether through evil or incompetence is not always clear, but I suspect both are factors).
@cwebber I am exited for the AI companies to go bankrupt but a bursting AI Bubble will hit us all hard.
