My neck pain has been killing me for the second week now, and I can't turn my head anymore. The doctor prescribed strong anti-inflammatory painkillers, so I gotta try to pick them up in misty downtown. I have an appointment with a physical therapist on Monday, the first day of my fall break.

@MardraS Unfortunately I do not have a heating pad. But I do have a sauna!

@rolle Do you know what caused the pain? Do you think you might've slept funny?
@cub80_appleby Yeah, I must have slept like a corkscrew. The neck stiffness and pain started right after I woke up two weeks ago. It eased up for a while, but this morning it was at its worst.
I've also been under a lot of stress, so I might have subconsciously tensed my muscles. Not enough exercise either. Migraines. Etc. I think it's a combination of all these things. I hope it's nothing serious.
@rolle ohhhh, I hope these things help. Heating pad at night might help the pain too. 🤞
