@vriska @icedquinn @subnetter @ube Gonna need to figure out how to capitalize a capital W for that move
@mrsaturday @icedquinn @subnetter @ube you are all welcome to join me. Everything is dirt cheap except gasoline. Everyone here is very nice.
@vriska @icedquinn @subnetter @ube If I had a solid work-from-home job and I knew it'd be stable and consistently work-from-home, I'd give it some serious consideration. I have a couple places I'm looking at for my next step. @sun said that people in the Midwest should look at getting out at some point and I intend to.
@subnetter @mrsaturday @icedquinn @ube @vriska nothing ever takes off there tech wise, I think all the efforts to do it have been pipe dreams.
@sun @subnetter @icedquinn @ube @vriska Our governor's spending billions on trying to create a quantum computing lab in South Chicago. I admire the enthusiasm but I highly doubt it's going anywhere. Why there instead of by Batavia or Geneva, where there's already a large scientific community thanks to Fermilab?
