And once I have the core together, there's more projects I'll be recommending:
I'll be keen to rope in a marketer who can, without flinching, build website promoting Alonzo to recovering vibe coders.
Also if someone wants to design a standard library to aid parsing text/bytes... That'd open up some possibilities!
Or you could help design a macro system, that might be interesting to have! I'm not designing standard-libs.
Anyone interested in eventually doing these? Once Alonzo's ready?

Oh yeah, another potentially interesting Alonzo-related project: If I'm finding myself needing to implement a version control system specifically for it, maybe it'd also need its own codeforge? It could have some UI for localizing the interfaces a repo exposes, that'd be neat!
The reason why it'd have its own version control system: So merge conflicts don't mean you need to edit the underlying files.

Oh, I neglected to set this poll going for a whole week...
Anyways I conclude that once I've got Alonzo's core working, I'll have an easier time roping in contributors! Then I'll be asking people to play with, & promote, this exciting project. Not learn Lua/Love to help me build it.
I hope to be there in the new year!
There'll still be more to build, but my piece of it will largely enter maintenance.
