Been cleaning up cat piss for >10 years and I have So Many Allergies and a nose like a bloodhound.
@davidgerard I use Simple Solution Extreme Carpet Shampoo - it doesn't have any perfume in it, just smells of chemicals, which are there to neutralise the offensive cat piss odour.

A lot of detergents made for newborns are unscented. They're also designed for getting literal shit out of things.
Can't help you with specific recommendations because I don't know which brands will be in your area though.
