So, the PQ won a minority government. The leader has promised another referendum, but only after Trump's second term ends in 2029. Minority governments are unstable by design; it seems optimistic to hope this one will not only persist for 2-3 years but also manage to implement a policy that the majority of Quebecois say they don't want. I'd say No, but... it will be an issue.
