Once again Pope Leo XIV has rejected idea of Anthropic that Claude has a soul. He went one step ahead and called to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

@nixCraft i am personally of the belief that theres no such thing as a human spark in art. AI Art isnt really good for other reasons, such as having a really really boring story and a straightforward combo of its inputs. Humans do reign supreme in how we combine our inputs to make new art.

@nixCraft @bwana I'm not a Christian. I think there isn't anything in this Universe that hasn't got any soul. Even a pebble by the roadside has soul. Not "a" soul, but soul, since there is only one soul, and it is the Universe's soul. Having an individual soul is just an illusion, it's all part of the one soul.

The word "soul" did not appear in the The Telegraph.

Imagine you have to actually lobby Church to prove that your little shity black box built with stolen data from book authors, web, forums. wiki, code repos, artists as a super intelligence with soul. Lmao. Anthropic and all tech bros are super evil. I wonder what's their end goal as they are going so crazy with their AI psychosis idea 🤔

@nixCraft it kinda follows that if you teach something from a tainted base you get...taint! I think maybe AI needs a bit of sensible censorship of teaching material. Actually I would've thought that would be a basic cornerstone when it comes to teaching ai, children, other sentient creatures that we want to like us in general terms... Maybe those behind their respective ai steering wheels have something other than generally liking us in mind.
